Price and capacity
Adults and children aged 6 and above pay €40 per person per night. Children under 6 stay free but count towards capacity. The form multiplies the rate by the number of paying guests and nights. The First House sleeps up to 4 guests, the Second House up to 6, and both together up to 10. There is no cleaning fee. Ivan confirms the final amount and any applicable tourist tax before payment.
Requests and confirmation
The form records a request, not a confirmed reservation. Ivan checks availability and contacts you. The website does not take card payments or guarantee availability just because a date can be selected.
Included amenities
Use of the pool, Sauna + infrared and jacuzzi is included in the price when available. The pool is seasonal.
Full payment after approval
Once Ivan approves your dates and confirms the final amount and deadline, pay 100% of your stay by bank transfer. Do not pay beforehand. Recipient: ИВАН ГЕОРГИЕВ ИВАНОВ. IBAN: BG17CECB979010G2307000. Currency: EUR. Include your request number, name and arrival date as the payment reference. Ivan confirms receipt of payment and your reservation.
Arrival and departure
Call 24 hours before arrival to confirm you are coming and arrange your check-in. Check-in after 15:00. For last-minute bookings, call immediately. Check out no later than 12:00 noon.
Cancellation or changes
100% payment after approval. If you cancel, the payment is non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact Ivan about date changes or if you cannot travel. Changes require his approval. These conditions do not limit your applicable statutory rights.
Registration on arrival
Guests present identification at the property for the guest register. Ask Ivan which documents to bring for children. Do not send photos of identity documents through the website or by email.
Property damage
Guests pay the full cost of damage they cause to the property. Notify Ivan promptly of any damage so that the circumstances and cost can be established.
During your stay
Pets are not permitted. The courtyard and outdoor facilities are shared when the houses are rented separately. The pool is seasonal and unheated; jumping and diving are prohibited. Outdoor security cameras cover the courtyard. Arrange celebrations with Ivan.
