Both houses have their own indoor bathroom and WC. The poolside shower and garden WC are extras, for coming straight out of the water.

Worth knowing before you come
- Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Maximum 10 guests.

- Pets are not permitted.
- The pool is outdoor and unheated — it runs through the warm months.
- No jumping or diving into the pool — it is an above-ground pool.
- In winter both houses are heated: wood and central heating in the first, pellet central heating in the second.
- There are outdoor security cameras in the courtyard. None inside the houses.

What is included in the price?
Use of the pool, Sauna + infrared and jacuzzi is included in the price when available. The pool is seasonal. There is no cleaning fee.
How is my reservation confirmed?
Send an online request. Once Ivan approves your dates and confirms the final amount and payment deadline, pay 100% by bank transfer. Ivan then confirms receipt of payment and your reservation. Do not pay before approval.
When should we call?
Call 24 hours before arrival to confirm you are coming and arrange your check-in. For a last-minute stay, call straight away.
When can we arrive and leave?
Check-in after 15:00. Arrange your arrival time with Ivan. Check out no later than 12:00 noon.
Can we book just one house?
Yes. The First House sleeps up to 4, the Second House up to 6, and both together up to 10. The courtyard, pool and outdoor facilities are shared when the houses are rented separately.
How much do children pay?
Children under 6 stay free. Children aged 6 and above pay €40 per night. All children count towards the house capacity. There is no cleaning fee.
What if I need to cancel?
100% payment after approval. If you cancel, the payment is non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact Ivan about date changes; these require his approval.
What should we bring for check-in?
Guests present identification at the property for the guest register. Ask Ivan which documents to bring for children. Do not send identity documents through the website or by email.
What happens if something is damaged?
Guests pay the full cost of damage they cause to the property. Please tell Ivan straight away if anything is damaged.
