Who handles your details
Ivan, the private host of Rai Guest House, uses booking request details to reply to you and arrange your stay. Use the contact details below with any questions.
Form data
Your house, dates, total guest count and number of children under 6, name, phone, optional email and message. We also record a request number, price, receipt time and the version of the conditions you acknowledged. Do not send identity documents, national identification numbers, card details or sensitive information through this form. Identification for the guest register is presented at the property.
Purpose
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and take steps towards a booking at your request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. To limit abuse, request records use a daily hash of the IP address instead of storing the raw address.
Service providers
Requests are processed by Cloudflare and stored in D1. When email delivery is enabled, Resend sends notifications to the host and a receipt to you if you supplied an email. The host uses Gmail. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google. Providers may process technical information under their own terms.
Retention
Access is intended for the host and the providers needed to process the request. Retention should be limited to what is needed for the enquiry, stay and applicable obligations. Contact Ivan for the specific retention period or to request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and exercise other applicable rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). A legal retention obligation may limit deletion.
Cookies and links
The website does not load advertising or analytics tools. Google Maps opens only if you follow the link. The hosting provider may process technical information to secure the service.
